Oliver Rothschild
As the founder and principal of Buchler Rothschild Investments, Oliver Rothschild has held several key positions in this field including Chairman of UNICEF (Appeals). He is currently Ambassador of the charity Fresh2O and has recently been appointed non-executive Chairman to the Carbon Advice Group. His media involvements include presenting programmes for the BBC, Channel 4 and co-production of a BBC series. Oliver is the Patron of the St. Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra, Chairman of Pinewood Media, a Director of Twilight Films Ltd and Chairman of the Tripleplay Group.

Charles Jennings
Charles Jennings is the Managing Director on Duntroon Associates, a leading learning and performance consultancy company focused on helping organisations build their ability to deliver maximum business benefit from their workforce. From 2002 until the end of 2008 he was the Chief Learning Officer for Reuters and Thomson Reuters where he had responsibility for developing learning and performance strategy and leading the learning organisation for the firm’s 55,000 workforce. He is a leading thinker and practitioner in human capital development, change management, performance improvement and learning. He also sits on steering groups and advisory boards for national and international training and learning bodies. Charles has an impeccable record of developing and implementing leading-edge performance solutions spanning more than 25 years. In 2008 he was honoured with the UK World of Learning ‘Outstanding Contribution to the Learning Industry’ award in recognition of his work on performance improvement, and 'just-in-time' and informal learning.

Oke Eleazu
Oke Eleazu is Managing Director of the consulting business Think Outside In, which helps organisations take a holistic approach to improving their customer service experience and operational performance. He is an experienced Customer Service and Operations Director in Financial Services and has been responsible for all aspects of Customer Service delivery, from the formulation of strategy through to multi-site operational management of both call centre and back office operations. Previously he was Customer Service and Operations Director for Bupa, where he delivered a number of initiatives for people, processes and technology to maintain Bupa's reputation for first-class service. In 2005, he led the Prul to win the prestigious Management Today/Unisys Service Excellence Award for Financial Services. Oke is also a Vice President of the Institute of Customer Service (ICS).

Rear Admiral Scott Lidbetter
Scott left the Royal Navy as a Rear Admiral after a successful career centred on ship command, maritime aviation, intelligence and security. He saw operational service in the Arabian Gulf during the Iran/Iraq war, in Kuwait during the first Gulf War and during the civil unrest in Sierra Leone. He has subsequently specialised in maritime and corporate security as a provider of both technical and consultancy services. He is Chairman of the Fleet Air Arm Officers’ Association, Non Executive Chairman of the maritime security company Veritas International Consultancy, a Liveryman of the Company of Security Professionals, a Freeman of the City of London and holds Queen’s Commendations for Valuable Service and Valuable Service in the Air.

Kobus van Wyk
With over 20 years in the computer industry, Kobus was a natural choice to start and run the Khanya Project for the Western Cape Education Department. Starting in 2001, Kobus and the team have now implemented a highly acclaimed model for ICT Education that have equipped over 1200 schools in the Western Cape to become Centres of Excellence for ICT teaching. Kobus has written many books on the use of ICT in Education and his blog ‘e4africa’ is widely read by teachers across Africa. www.e4africa.co.za

David Sogan
David has a wealth of experience bringing education and innovation to developing countries. In 1993 he pioneered the introduction of practical business education into African schools as Director of the Junior Achievement programme in Africa. In 1999 he developed ’classroom in a box’, a system to deliver quality education to refugee children around the world, for the charity Children in Crisis. In 2001 he founded the charity Digital Link International, which has provided computer classrooms for over 2,000 schools and communities in developing countries. He now runs his own business, Live Energy, which develops practical solar energy products to support the use of technology in developing countries.

Joanna brings her extensive network of contacts to fusion and facilitates local partnerships in the Middle East and Asian territories. As Commercial Director, Joanna oversees the implementation of the commercial structure, government partnerships and is involved with branding and marketing.

Flor Bollini
Flor is a social entrepreneur with 10 years' experience in entrepreneurial branding, both in the public and private sectors. Having worked in political branding initiatives and delivered the first online campaign of Argentina, Flor started her work in social responsibility by joining the board of directors of Simple Foundation. For the past five years she has been focusing on educational projects, working with many initiatives in online education, personal development and entrepreneurship worldwide.

Gareth Brookes
Gareth Brookes has worked with Fortune 500 companies across Europe and the US for over 12 years across various divisions in Legal, Sales, Technology and Finance, supporting their various business initiatives, and is now running a successful Global Concierge company for his own clients. His exposure to government officials, corporate executives and philanthropists across the globe greatly helps the Fusion message. Gareth is now allocating his time to help the continual growth of the social enterprise for ICT education and putting us in contact with prominent members who share our passion and wish to enrol with our 20/20 vision.

Bright Gomez
Bright founded and manages ICT NGO in Accra, Ghana. His not-for-profit organisation employs around 100 staff, of which 80 are IT trainers. Bright has created the foundation upon which this programme looks to build. He is an inspiring individual who has achieved much with very little resources. It is one of the objectives of this programme to accelerate the dreams of Bright, his family and his staff to make every child who leaves school in Africa IT-literate.
