Steve Dineen – Executive Chairman
As the primary owner of Fusion Universal Ltd, Steve has two drivers with the common aim to make a positive difference with the work he is involved in. Fusion Universal is made up of 2 parts - Fusion - which looks to "fuse" modern Online Learning and knowledge management tools and services to increase business efficiencies, specifically within the area of "error reduction", for significant financial benefit to our multi-national clients.
Our "Universal" division is focused on having a significant effect on the move towards high quality universal education. Our role in improving lives has started with a focus on educating secondary school children and teachers in developing countries on using IT, with a focus on using IT to learn and teach.
We believe Fusion Universal is a new type of commercial company that has a social conscience at its core and foundation. We attract like-minded people who want to make a difference through the work that they do whether that is improving lives in Africa or making our clients more efficient and competitive.
Previously, Steve founded one of the UK’s first e-learning companies (Fuel) and grew it over 10 years to become Europe's 2nd largest bespoke e-learning company, servicing over 40 of the FTSE 100. Fuel was successfully sold to a US compliance and ethics company in 2007.
